The Admiral and the Squire

The Admiral and Squire
Walked inland from the shore,
Into a lush green jungle
Where no bear has gone before

“I say” said the Squire
with the utmost of glee
“I’m sure that tree
Just winked at me”

“A wink you say?”
Said the Admiral surprised,
“Its both queer and gay
that these trees should have eyes.”

“Tally ho” said the Squire
as his eyes searched around,
“Tell me can you hear
a sort of rustling sound?”

“Nothing wrong there”
Said the aristocratic bear
“Is there anything fresher
than clean jungle air!”

“What what?” said the Squire
as he stopped to think
“I know of nothing with a
more vigorous stink”

“That said,” He continued
“I feel ill at ease,
I’d much rather return
To the ship if you please”

“There now” said the Admiral
“There is nothing to fear,
this jungle is empty,
you’ll find no Moles here”
